On Course Psychological Counseling, PC is in network for mental health treatment such as individual and group therapy with certain insurance companies such as Aetna, 1199, Anthem BCBS, United Healthcare and out of network for other insurances.
General fees for evidenced based psychotherapy are as follows:
Initial Intake (60 min): $250
Initial & Quarterly Treatment Planning (60 min): $200
Individual therapy (45 min): $150
Group therapy (60min): $75
Being an out of network provider means that payment is expected on the date of service and a claim will be submitted to the insurance company so that clients can be reimbursed.
Webinars are not covered by insurance and fees are as follows:
Striving to Break the Mental Health Stigma -Psychoeducational Webinars (30 min): Free
Psychoeducational & Coping Skills Based Webinars: (45-60 min): $25-50
The Comprehensive Complex Trauma Program fees are as follows and providers are not in network with insurance:
Initial Intake & Treatment Planning: $500
Individual therapy: $250
Group therapy: $125
Lighthouse Parenting Psychoeducational Group (12 -20 weeks): $125
You have a right to a Good Faith Estimate, which is available upon request.
This Good Faith Estimate shows the costs of items and services that are reasonably expected for your health care needs for an item or service.
